Meet Bryn

Welcome! I’m Bryn, a marriage and family therapist serving young adults & adolescents in the coastal town of Bellingham, Washington and online for WA residents. I love working one-on-one with teens and young adults, supporting them as they navigate the challenges and life transitions of young adulthood. It is also a passion of mine to nurture and repair relational conflict occurring within families, such as between a parent and teen, or coming alongside families experiencing a recent change or loss. In our work together I use a variety of therapeutic approaches specific to your needs and goals with attachment theory as a foundation that guides our work together in repairing and nurturing relationships - including the one with yourself.
